Q. Do I have to sign a contract ?We" have our clients sign a basic agreement on the rates we agree on for the accounts that are placed with our collection service.
Q. What area do you collect in ?We collect in all 50 states in the USA and most foreign countries on a national and International collection basis.
Q. Do you require a certain number of accounts to be placed ?We have no requirement to the number of accounts placed, you can place as low as one account with us for collection
Q. How far can you go back on accounts ?We can go back 2 years in an attempt of collecting a debt.
Q. Is
there a limit on the dollar
amount placed for collection ?
Our Lowest dollar amount we will collect is 300.00 dollars.Unless many accounts are involved, we may make exceptions.
Q. Do you send accounts to attorneys ?Yes,. We have a network of collection attorneys worldwide to help us in recovery, in most cases we can place your account with an attorney in the same city where the debtor is located.

Q.Do you belong to any industry associations ?Yes we belong to several Financial groups, Including The Columbia Law List and we also use the service of The American Lawyers Quarterly, when attorneys are needed.
